The goal of this discipline is to uncover the root cause of nutritional and metabolic imbalances. Unlike standardized approaches based on prepackaged diets, my work doesn't focus on the symptom (fatigue, bloating, weight), but digs deeper. Behind the symptom can lie a variety of causes (and contributory factors): hormonal imbalance, an alteration of the gut microbiota, chronic stress, inherited unhealthy eating habits.
