Nutrition
For those who want to restore nutritional balance and rebalance their metabolism.
The problem that few recognize
Most people live with a metabolic imbalance without even knowing it.
The signs, in fact, are already there—we've just learned to consider them normal: difficulty losing weight despite efforts, fatigue that never completely goes away, unrefreshing sleep, hormonal changes with no apparent explanation.
Many of these signs often have the same underlying cause: chronic, low-grade inflammation. It's silent, widespread, and can, over time, increase the risk of conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and autoimmune disorders.
Persistent swelling, difficulty losing weight, chronic fatigue: these are not conditions to be accepted as normal, but rather signals the body sends when it is in a state of widespread inflammation.
My approach
Nutritional Science studies the relationship between nutrition, metabolism, and health, and how nutrients influence physiological functions and overall well-being.
This is why proper nutrition education isn't a secondary detail: it's the starting point. My work doesn't stop at the symptom—bloating, weight, fatigue—but seeks the root cause of each person's nutritional and metabolic imbalances.
The same signs may hide very different stories: a hormonal imbalance, an alteration of the intestinal microbiota, chronic stress accumulated over time, or dysfunctional eating habits never truly questioned.
No standardized protocols: each path takes into account the specific biochemical, hormonal, and digestive factors of the person in front of me, because the goal is not a temporary solution, but a real, lasting balance.
